If actress Miranda Cosgrove had to buy a Christmas present for Carly Shay, the tech-savvy character she plays on TV, she'd head straight to the nearest Apple store. "Carly always has the newest gadgets," Cosgrove says. "She would definitely love the new iPhone."
iCarly sidekick Jennette McCurdy revealed to PJ Star that she is working on her debut album. Jen revealed: 'I'm actually working on my first CD. I can't even describe it, it's so cool. I'm working with really great songwriters, and being able to get in a studio and sing and help write some of the songs has been an awesome experience.
I'm actually learning to play the guitar and the drums. I played the piano in the past, for six years before. I'm really trying to delve in, full force. I'm hoping to release a single in the very early part of '09.'
Is it hard to balance school and work? 'It actually is kind of hard. I'm in 11th grade, so my courses are pretty difficult, and I have quite a few of them.. They're really strict on iCarly about making sure we get our school time in.
We have to average up to three hours a day for schoolwork, but that's not quite enough for 11th grade. So most of the time I'm catching up on weekends, and we have a long commute from our house to a studio where we shoot, so I work on the way up and back from there as well.'
Jennette will sign autographs from 6:15 to 8:45 PM Nov. 28 at Carver Arena. The Rivermen's game against the Rockford Icehogs starts at 7 PM. Purchase tickets at Ticketmaster.

What was cool was this morning on the radio (99.9 KEZ from Arizona), they mentioned Nathan Kress! I couldn't catch it on tape or anything because I didn't know it was coming on. But I will look for it! But they said," From the iCarly corner, Nathan Kress turns 16 today.", so HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NATHANN! :]

So I went to a Jonas Brothers concert with my friend Annie and her brother and his friend. It was a lot of fun and the JoBros put on a great show!
Here is a short little video my mom took of me getting to our car (or trying to! haha). It was really amazing and it touched my heart that so many Jonas Brothers fans also support iCarly and that we share in common some of the greatest fans EVER!!!!! Thank you all for your warm reception there at the concert. It was great meeting you all. I bet you guys had as much fun as I did at the concert!
